Alaska Bloom
Alaska Bloom is a very high yielding, medium early maturing variety with yellow skin and creamy white flesh. It produces a fairly high set of evenly round tubers with a uniform shape. Its pinkish eyes contrasted against a yellow skin make for an attractive combination.
